Kovich-- Thanks for the info. I'm still not getting the filing when I check with Eddy. It is dilutive, but not very; even so this stuff can have a negative effect. Check out PLAT: stock was going gangbusters, they announced an issue of convertible notes, and (as you know who would say) Whoa Nellie. Now--after about three weeks, maybe a month, seems an eternity--the stock's bouncing back. So I'd say, barring broader market nastiness, to which MRVC's vulnerable (BUT we can hope for product announcements), these problems won't hurt the stock for long. Am not feeling all that cheerful about the market in general, but my God! INTC! Incredible! Janice
