Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dynamic Information Systems & eXchange, Inc. (DiSX) Addresses the Shareholders
OREM, Utah, Aug. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Eric E. Marchant, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dynamic Information Systems & eXchange, Inc., sent the following letter, dated Aug. 4, to the investors and shareholders of Dynamic Information Systems & eXchange, Inc.:

Dear Shareholders/Investors: I apologize for the delay in communicating with you. The management team at Dynamic Information Systems & eXchange, Inc. (DiSX) (OTC Bulletin Board: DIXS - news) has been working on some significant projects during the past two months.

At this time, I do have information that I can share with you on some important issues.

First, the 1997 audited financial statements are completed, the required final review is in process and they will be available on or before Monday, August 10. They reflect the activities of DiSX as a development stage company throughout 1997. They also reflect a significant reduction in total debt as many debenture holders converted to equity at the end of 1997. For more details or to request a copy of the audited financial statements, please contact our investor relations firm at 602-348-9282.

Next, the Company continues to work with contracted TV stations in San Diego, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City and Denver. In fact, feedback from these partners and discussion with other prospective partners has opened up a slightly different, and we believe improved, sales strategy. This strategy will increase the revenues and improve the quality of promotional advertising in each TV market. We are currently in the process of making some important internal modifications to take advantage of this opportunity. Because it is best to include these modifications in the language of the joint venture contracts, there has been a delay in closing some pending partnerships. We anticipate moving ahead with these pending and future partners by the middle to the end of September.

I will communicate any further developments on these and other matters as appropriate.

Again, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DiSX, I would urge you to contact our investor relations firm by telephone at 602-348-9282. You may also obtain press releases and other relevant information about DiSX, 24-hours a day, by visiting our TOPjobs USA Internet site at topjobsusa.com.

Sincerely,
Eric E. Marchant, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
