I have no insight into the moves. The volume is low. If you look at the chart you will see that this stock has moved between this range (or a little lower) and the 18 range and back several times over the last 6 -12 months. I've done the buy at 14 sell at 18 twice. I'm a little leery of doing it again right now because of the overall market condition--and biotechs with similar portfolios such as AGPH, GILD, VRTX are all tanking.
