David Cannon ,I chatted with IR late yesterday afternoon.I was told Dick Eng. gave tropper what was required by the court order.I would think that Dick Eng. would be also named in the suit if there was any to it.IR thinks TTP just wants to get their hands on the new plans. At this point i would tend to believe Rene.--Bob Lium
