Jens, I just looked at the last two EDGAR filings, could get one to puke. Looks like they can use those 80MM shares for anything from firestarter to consultant's pay if they choose. With that exhausted this company should have 244MM shares, no wonder they're not worth anything. Did you see the legal section? Surprised that the Pope isn't suing them, everyone else is. The next filing should be interesting indeed.
