Unfortunatley, I am not familiar with the offering and therefore cannot give you any guidance here. I just dont feel comfortable giving guidance on something I dont know all the facts about. Contact your broker and ask him to work you through it. Roughly, it looks like exactly what it says, that current shareholders, who own stock have the right to buy additional shares for the stated price. You are not the seller of the additional shares just the shorted original shares.
