Well, well, what have we here? Good job Dave, but I gonna go off now so you might want to turn down the volume. CONVERTABLE DEBENTURES !!!! THIS SUCKS !!!! From the release: "as many debenture holders converted to equity" Eric M. Not even most. And what are the terms of those lovely instruments, hmmm ? One thing is for sure, they are dilutive. The question is, what is the value of the debentures and is there a floor to the stock price at which they are converted ? And just out of curiosity, who owns the debs ? Could be really bad depending on number of debentures outstanding and their terms. Need to see the SEC filing. Nothing else will do. Call the Company all you want, but until it's in a 10k, it is suspect. Makes you wonder why so much delay on the financials.
