John,

<<I've stated this before many times and I really can't understand why this is such a difficult concept to grasp or why it seems people are so willing to accept that it can not change. It seems the approach to thelabs is made on bended knee, a position more suitable for supplicants (and perhaps White House interns) but not for management>>

What I cant understand, is why you cant understand the concept that if the Barricks of the world cant change the industry, How is Naxos supposed to do it? To think that Naxos can effect industry wide change where everyone else can't is unrealistic.

As far as Allen &Co is concerned, meeting their price wasnt an issue, There unwillingness to be involved with us was the issue. It didnt come down to the fact that we weren't able to pay them, they dioddnt believe our claims and needed more proof. They quite obviously were smarter than the rest of us.

As far as an ability to attract top flight professionals before the stuff hit the fan, I think our chances were much smaller than you think. After all, Lenton never wanted to come on board, and tha was previous to this latest controversy.

Mark
