So you consider being kept in the blind as risk? Ask yourself, "Why won't or why can't he give us information in a PR?" What would be so difficult about putting out a PR stating the name of the basketball franchise? What would be so hard about publically stating there will be no reverse split? What about the mall? Secrets don't sell a stock. Public information does. Failure to make information public, regardless of how subtle it may seem, is what is holding this stock on the floor. bb
