First thanks to Ty R for posting Neal Sanders response to questions. Neal Sanders is very responsive if you get to speak with him or he answers your e-mail. However, I have found that he does not return messages left on his voice mail. A few other thoughts...

I think the reasons for the debacle are multiple and have been touched on here-y2k out of favor(concern about business after 1/1/2000), market drop in general, CA decline, and to the present time no y2k company has announced knock your socks off earnings.

The sell off seems way overdone. This company is profitable, has a backlog of business signed, and a good possibility of much more business. True they missed earnings by one cent however they are in good shape financially and do not need to go back to the well.

Regarding Crutterden-Roth and whether they are still recommending it, is hard to take their analyst seriously since he recommended IAI at 13.88 in March. If he loved it at 13.88 he must be advising people to mortgage the farm to buy it at 5!

Finally let's have a little sympathy for CEO Sandy Rosenberg. He has 1.9 million shares and I believe has sold only 1000 total. I can imagine what his wife is saying to him now. Remember this is not Bill Gates but a middle class individual. In most situations when a stock has gone down like this (eg peritus, CA, etc.) one finds that the CEO has gotten rich before the stock tanked; not here.
