Hi Craig - I think all input is helpful. I am just trying to evaluate our management team and (1) if there has been any changes, (2) what we can expect different in the future or (3) is it the same old thing?

Look, you can evaluate financials, PE ratios, Price to Sales ratios, and several other quantitative measures. From my experience managemnt is so very important and it can not be measured with these absolute measures. This is why feedback from the trenches, from the marketing department, from the press is important. I would like to know (1) what changes have been made over the last six months in this area and (2) Is it getting results?

I do not want to be surprised at earnings!
