John,

I know you are not a Fredophile. I used that term in reference to one of the sides who keep shoveling us horseshit. As I have said before I am willing to concede that we have had a steady diet of said substance from many directions.

I also try not to rely on rumours and only on public information. But unfortunately you can't do that with Naxos. And many people are guilty for that.

I do feel it is important for the company to keep us informed. But no company can keep up a running commentary on its actions and must be allowed to do their job. If enough of the shareholders did not believe management was taking the appropriate actions or capable they should have voted them out. They didn't. And for the record there are people on the board I voted against. But the vote has been taken and I personally am willing to give them a certain amount of time to address the situation. Not forever but at least for a while longer.

John just to be clear, I am not engaging in this discussion in order to convince to change views. I see value in keeping managements feet to the fire. But you and I do disagree on exactly what is material information and when it should be released.

Also if there is a Naxos club I must not be part of it because management hasn't communicated anything to me on this subject. Rumour or otherwise.

Henry
