CCEE/SOFTWORKS made the following

1) USA TODAY Top 10 gainers

2) and AOL MARKET WATCH

13:55 ET ******

COMPUTER CONCEPTS CORP (CCEE) 6 7/16 +1 5/16. Professional traders are
employing a new strategy to participate in the IPO game. Instead of piling into a hot
offering once it has already opened, and praying that the stock continues to climb, they
have uncovered a way to "play" that potentially offers substantially enhanced upside.
Case in point: Early players in Winfield Capital Corp (WCAP 5 -1 5/16) were taken on
one of the most exciting/volatile rides in recent market history, as WCAP shares soared
from $1 per share traded as recently as May to the more than $13 level the stock
peaked at last week. That brings us to information delivery software developer,
Computer Concepts Corp. This Bohemia, NY-based company holds a 71.9% stake in
SOFTWORKS Inc (SWRX), a developer of enterprise systems management software
products, whose IPO is expected to price this week. At the conclusion of the offering,
Computer Concepts will hold 11.483 million SWRX shares. Based on the $8 to $10
range that lead underwriter SoundView Financial has established, Computer Concepts'
stake in SWRX is worth $91.9 mln to $114.8 mln, or $6.20 to $7.90 a share (based on
14.62 mln CCEE shares outstanding.) Robert M. Cohen analyst Michael R. Lehmann
believes that the stock has upside to $11 over the next 18-months. In a recent research
report, the analyst started coverage of the shares with a "buy" rating, based on valuation
and the further development of its three business units.
