Brady, I believe the reason he doesn't state the name of the basketball team is becasue they may move the team. He stated earlier that he wanted to wait until at least after the season is over before announcing what the team is. I believe the season is over but it may still be a sensitive issue. He has an obligation to the stock holders to keep them informed but he also has an obligation to keep the company running smoothly and profitably. He isn't doing us any favors if he gives us information that hurts the business. As far as publically stating that there will be no reverse split, from what I gather from the conversations that many people on the thread have been having, Tilton hasn't even thought about a reverse split so why would he even think about publically stating no reverse split. To be honest, if he put out a press release that stated that without a bunch of people asking about it, I would sell. That would sound to much to me that he was thinking about it and someone leaked it and he was trying to cover it up. Maybe we'll see it in the the next press release since there was some concern, but i would count on it. I'm not sure what you want to know about the mall. He is planning on the financials coming out in September though I believe. That should have some info about the revenue. Remember these are stocks we are talking about and bb stocks even. If it were easy, everyone would be millionaires. All I know is that he has a big list of news items that should be coming out starting in September and happen over a short period of time. If this all does happen, this stock is going to shoot up. If it doesn't, it either stays the same or goes down. If that happens, you move on to the next stock. Pretty simple concept to me.
