Ross Systems Announces Key New Agreements in the Food Industry

ATLANTA, Aug. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROSS), a leading provider of business software solutions, announced today three new agreements in the food industry. California-based Ventura Foods, LLC licensed Ross' Renaissance CS(R) Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management System. Ventura Foods has twelve production facilities that process a broad range of branded and private label products, including shortening and oils, mayonnaise, flavored dressings, sauces, margarines and spreads, pan coatings, olives, soup and flavor bases, syrups, bakery ingredients and gravy mixes.
In addition, the Kerry Group licensed the Renaissance CS ERP for two more ingredient plants in the UK. Kerry Foods has licensed Renaissance CS for twenty-three plants in England, Ireland and France. The Kerry Group is headquartered in Ireland.
Hungarian grain company, Gallicoop also licensed the Renaissance CS ERP system.
