Relax and wait. If you weren't prepared for the risk, you shouldn't be here. If I felt that they were headed for Chapter 11 I'd have been out at .18. Take a look at their balance sheet for crying out loud. Filing Chapter 11 would be a worthless undertaking. What would they restructure? They have promised stock to everyone and have negative overall equity. The only remedy for their lenders is the hope that APTX technology will pan out. I doubt their lenders will push them into bankruptcy. They stand to gain nothing. Now getting additional financing is the trick. Every time they have done so successfully the stock has popped up. I'm more concerned about their burn rate on the last $2M line than I am about Chapter 11. More likely to be Chapter 13... (relax Larry!) ttf
