$5 IPO's may be best stayed away from.

Seems like they are the ones most likely to drop.

I get no less than 3 calls a day. My office people don't allow
anyone who I haven't 'cleared' to get through to me. It doesn't
pay to be honest with them.

"Can SI members really manipulate stocks?"
I believe anyone can. But it takes a big hitter to manipulate
a stock like MSFT.
