Thanks for the phone number ... not exactly down the road more like four hours but I got your point. Phoned and got through to Doug Alexandra (he seemed a little surprised by my call), the offering closed on Friday - news release being issued today! He is sending out a copy of the offering memorandum as I requested. OFF TOPIC - but on the subject of fighting Cancer there is an unconfirmed report that one of HYAL's newest discoveries may have a role in fighting some forms of Cancer. The stock has moved up about 10% already this morning. Whitey
