Locomotive Breath Their keeping a tight leash on the price this morning, lot's of Volume, price moving up very slowly. Like a locomotive with the boiler at full steam, the fireman still stoking the fire, yet the throttle, just cracked open. Either the train starts moving or the damn thing will blow.
