B, I received an E-mail from someone suggesting that some of the selling might be coming from the convertible preferred shareholders. I talked with Joe this morning and he said that is not possible. All the common certificates issued to them are held in escrow and when they can sell, DCI has a buyback provision in place. In other words they must sell back to the company first before they can go to the market. Best Regards
