If I own a large company and my CEO has sex with an employee and I think he is doing a good job running the co.No law of the land says I must fire him If you run your own co. and take this stance, especially after you've spoken these words, you wouldn't have to worry about firing your CEO. Your company would be effectively taken away from you through all the lawsuits filed against you for protecting such a 'predator'. You would be the National Trial Lawyer's poster boy for their "How To Get Rich Quick" course in litigation strategy studies. halfscot
