Charles, perhaps this will help you understand what is going
on in the marketplace.

Good News coming out on the Intel thread.
Where are all those chips going?
Into boxes of course.

Intel at full production, sees robust sales
SAN FRANCISCO, Dec 11 (Reuter) - Intel Corp Wednesday said its
chipmaking factories are at full production, a sign that sales of the company's
popular semiconductors are robust.
"My factories are full. We are running pedal to the metal right now. That presumably
means sales are pretty robust," Gerhard Parker, executive vice president and general
manager of Intel's technology and manufacturing group, told investors at a
Montgomery Securities conference here.
We may see another round of earning upgrades and push share price even higher. And
this is a good news not only for INTC, but for almost all computer related stocks
sooner or later.

Not only that Intel is expected to earn $9/share in 1997
and the target price on its stock is $200/share.

Up 7 dollars per share today. Split coming up in Spring.

Go figure!
