I don't believe in any way that you could have been "suckered" into buying SAP. It would have required a huge position in the old ADR's to have the kind of "liquidity" problem that would have made disposing of shares difficult.

The markets, in general, have not been doing very well during the past two days. I'm in Germany now (and am going nuts typing on a German keyboard - y=z, -=/, etc) and SAP was down Monday and Tuesday before the US even opened. Also, SAP moved up nicely prior to the listing, so you should have made some money there, if you averaged up.... even in the last 30 - 60 days.

On the other hand, if you bought just because of the "event"..... well there you go......
