Tom: The choke is being used as a flow control valve. Rest assured, if the choke was out of the way, the flow rate could/would be much higher. With no water cut, the oil is ready for sale. No further treatment is necessary (sorry Neil M.). Is cost lower? You betcha! The 250 psi is significant because it allows the oil to be produced without the aid of a pump-jack. Does this lower the cost? You betcha! NR is "news release". I suspect the stock is halted this morning pending one. First a long week-end, now this. What a life!!! Regards, AL.
