Getting to Nasdaq is never easy. There's more than just the target price involved. There's reporting, a hearing, heavy scrutiny of financials...Here's my take: This company has some deep pockets, and they might get NASDAQ listed in six months or so...BUT..the story and substantive news could easily drive the stock into the $5-6 range long before that happens. Then it's all about timing until they make a serious effort to become listed. I've asked the company point blank whether they're qualified or will be qualified in the near future, and they feel that they are and can be, but the growth of the company is a priority right now, through offering a quality product and more robust services. Nasdaq will come, and these guys are thinking straight. This is my favorite stock this year, because they actually have something that you can put your hands on, with the backing the make it happen. The only thing that can stall this one is bad management and that's just not evident yet. This is more than a story stock. This is a legit company with a hot product and no hype coming from the company, just substantive info. How often do we see THAT in this BB world, boys and girls. A pleasure being on this one - best of luck to all legitimate holders of this one.
