My call was answered in about two minutes, and I got a cheerful, helpful, and very patient support person on the other end. I wish I would have had the presence of mind to write down her name and send Tim Richter a gold star and some brownie points. I haven't called since the first quarter, but it sure beats the surly folks I was running into previously.
