Good info ComSolut, Would your statement <there is no ticker for the "Company" as it is privately held. The ticker will be SSGI if the merger is finalized.> be something that would be attractive for NEW Investors, thus pushing the share price of (SSGI) which would really be the TWO companies combined. Especially if the "Company" is a profitable one...If it is then it must see something which currently publicly traded SSGI can offer "THE COMPANY"???
