Lance, no, they didn't list the "mysterious doctor". As a matter of fact, I think what Dr. C has done counts as excellent science. I think using a vector to get telomerase into cells so as to minimize the risk of cancer is promising (isn't it a bummer that the same gene that is switched off in normal cells that limits their growth is switched on in cancer cells and that by trying to cure aging you just increase the risk of cancer?). What bothers me is that CYGS would have you believe its just a matter of months before their miraculous skin cream hits the shelves and that other stuff about shrimp that Graystone so eloquently has pontificated on becomes reality. This is blatant misrepresentation. What bothers me is that CYGS has a clear track record of fraud (documented in past posts). That they paid people to hype their stock and that these people did so without any such disclosure; Barry Ross even blatantly lied to Cavalry (see WAMM #2). This is in violation of SEC law. If CYGS hadn't itself fraudulently claimed what it did as regards who was leading their cryogenics research team then I wouldn't have thought it relevant to bring up Skillern's past involvement in a fraud case in which he was fined. But what is relevant is another lawsuit filed against CYGS several years ago in which they lost, but that's a whole other post. At every turn here there is corruption. Let's just hope there are no CYGS employees posting here without full disclosure. The SEC will have a field day with that as well. As today's news shows, Dr. C. is quite a few studies away from being able to fully test his theory. I hope he is successful. The question investors have to ponder is whether CYGS will still be a going concern at that time. - Jeff
