Sure is a good idea but: 1) You give up the upside after 22.5. (takeover or takeover spec..) 2) How long will you write them? 3 How much premium are you really going to get now? Puts have all the juice these days... Writing calls when the stock is way down and due to bouce is a sure way to kick yourselves for selling out too low...
