Preceding his correction call were the cautionary comments from Alan Greenspan, ongoing concerns over earnings prospects, lingering skepticism pertaining to Japan's reform efforts, Barton Biggs' 20%-30% correction call, and a strengthening dollar... Would note that 15 of 30 Dow components are now trading below their 200-day moving averages... At current pace, Dow -300 not out of the question before session's end given the dearth of buying interest, and the lack of anything positive for investors to focus on... DJTA -92.10... DJUA -3.54... SOX -7.51.
