Jeff..yes...the story came from the Dow Jones newswire reporter. He basically re-hashed the press release about the new SEC office , but went on to say that, "Silicon Investor had a message board devoted to stock manipulation. " He went on to talk about METI (I think that is the symbol) and another mining company.

He stated that of the 120 "detailed" e-mails the SEC gets per day, about 30% result in active and ongoing investigations...
