Frank we are back at levels when we had no pipes under sampling or analysis ..1.90 not out of the question today. Either the security is absolutely airtight aka WSP or the news has been out and is largely responsible for the most serious part of this decline the past month. If anyone thought there was value here buying should have been coming in at some points and that is just not happening. Maybe Dec? Regards DJ
