Allen Burditt is a con artist. He screwed the investors big time.
And was setting up Caye Chapel for the next hit but time ran out
as the SEC and Texas Securities are building up their files
and the FBI is helping in the investigation. He knows time
is running out on him. That's why he is selling assets and hiding
and destroying records. Justice is slow but sure.

(2) Subject: Recovery

We should send Califtalk any data or facts or documents that will help recover assets.
I understand that he has traced many assets purchased with Oilex money and the recovery
could total one half million dollars or more.
That Timmins and Clark are giving cooperation to help in the recovery. Their assistance
will add to the recovery efforts. The shareholders have a fighting chance to have a
viable company after the dusk settles,

(3) Subject: future

Now that Califtalk is working on Oilex affairs things will turn positive.
He is involved 100%. The company will recover assets for the benefit
of the shareholders. The employees of Oilex will now recognize the company
is for real anf their efforts are appreciated and that the profits will come from
production of oil and not from pumping and dumping shares of stock.
The future will be brighter because finally Oilex has honest management.
