To Blitz from George Guttman, I just got off the phone with George again, and If you have nothing to hide, then why have you not confronted him directly by phone yet to state your case. I feel George has put out a public message directly to you basically stating he has nothing to hide and would like to hear from you. If you have done nothing wrong as you stated, then why haven't you dealt with the matter yet? It's easy to sit back and type all day long, but when you start messing with a person's lively hood and reputation, well that's a whole other story..... The balls in your court

"I know who you are named, Blitz. You are guilty of committing acts that
have caused deformation of character, loss of business reputation, and
loss of hundreds of thousands of dollars to me personally. A lawsuit
will be filed on my behalf against you, and a counter suit filed against
MTEI. I have done nothing wrong and have always acted in the best and
legal interest of ALL COMPANIES I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN. If you call me
to personally discuss this, and issue a public apology anywhere you have
posted defaming information, I will consider dropping the lawsuit
