I bumped my position by 10% today. I might repeat the process a few times if the price slips some more over the next two months. I think we are entering a great buying period -- the good news of Visual PC shipping will propel this stock rapidly. The dim prognostication for the next few quarters will weight heavily until then. Low expectations pave the way for an upside surprise. SGI's current products have all set new benchmark records showing they remain strong. I am troubled by the fact that Belluzzo never showed up at the conference call. With the company floundering around, his absence raised the image of a brooding, sullen CEO, drinking heavily over corporate speadsheets, occasionally wadding them up and pitching them into the trash with a curse. The "Hamlet of Silicon Valley." I think he needs to stand more visibly at the helm. --JD
