Q3/MadMonk/Tangster/MarkGuest(??)
A little minnow? Just a grad student pondering a $10/hr job hour? You had me fooled for a awhile, but you are obviously a very resourceful guy. You've been sandbagging us! You keep up these great posts, and I'll just hand my King for Day mantle over to you. Are you Shicks neighbor or something? <g>
The Peritus story became a double nonstory today when IBM contacted JOe Kernen of CNBC to announce that they had no annoucnements today regarding software fixes, bad earnings, projections, etc.
Stan,
You should be happy to note that somebody issued a Stewart-like revenue model fo DDIM. They are lloking for anywhere between $4-15 bucks a share in profits in the upcoming years. I don;t follow DDIM, so I have no idea what to think, escept that these figures are even bigger than those projected by Stewart. BUt this should give the stock a lift. I hope this is helpful.
All, Somebody is faxing anonymous tip sheets to "All brokers" saying that the SEC is investigating MatriDigm and ZItel for "fraud". Now, I want one of you to fess up. Costello has been missing in action for awhile. How about this Mondo you all keep mentioning?
In the spirit of this new bear action, let me offer a new contest. I will provide you with a set of facts (true facts, to be precise) about Zitel. I will not provide any narrative or even any implication. I just want the bear agent out there to take these factgs and twist them into a vicious rumor. This way, all of you laggards e-mailing me about a good entry point for ZItel can be guaranteed a lower entry point after this bear takes the bait and runs.
The winner of this contest is the guy/gal who is able to get this story to Joe Kernen or David Faber. The prize? I promise not to turn you in to the SEC for stock manipulation, and Sall Sell assures me he will not sick his homeboys on you.
Here are the FACTS (not necessairly in chronological order): 1) ZITL entered into an agreement with SEXI (Systems of Excellence) last July. 2) ZITL storage devices are great for movies-on-demand 3) SEXI trading is banned in October (asked Stan for exact date) 4) SGA Gold Newsletter issues strong buy on SEXI 5) SGA Gold Newsletter issues strong buy on ZITL (different issue though) 6) SEC freezes assets of SEXI CEO. 7) SEC charges two SGA newsletter writers for conspiring with SEXI to promote SEXI stock in exchange for hundreds of thousands of shares.
Now, whoever this bear is, I say: If you are going to start a fire, might as well get rid of that old can of gasoline you have sitting in the garage. Tkae these facts and concoct a connection. Weave a narrative only with these facts if you wish. Be advised that the action you take will probably be illegal, but then, there is the very remote chance that I have stumbled on something. Make up a humdinger of a story, but make it sound real. Go for it! DocStone |
