I just got a reply from NF. Same old bs. Something to the effect that Vivus plans on getting something done by the end of the year. Obviously we will have a long long wait while the shorts continue to whittle down the share price. Hey Vivus makes it just so easy for the shorts. They can short at 6 1/4 and go to sleep peacefully not worrying that Vivus management might do something right for a change.
