Capitalism:

If there "seems to be" a convertible with no floor and the seller "seems to be" Alexander Wescott, I have two questions:

1. Why did you then bark out at everyone that the shares out was 8 M and the float 6 M and that anyone who had misquoted anything else is "wrong"? Because if there "seems to be" a convertible with no floor and Alexander Wescott "seems to be" selling then the FLOAT and the SHARES OUT are NOT constant are they (if its not the Reg S type of convertible debenture but the bottomless "black hole" type that keeps releasing more and more shares if converted at lower and lower prices)?!

2. Do you KNOW this to be the case or not? On the one hand you expect people on the thread to treat the DD you provide as gospel (such as the # of shares out and float and accuse other people as "miss quoting" which I will add is really "misquoting"), but then you use phrases along the lines of "seems to be" AS IF YOU AREN'T REALLY SURE...

So which is it?
