>>>I don't quite understand why the White House Scandal affects the market. What concerns me is how much of our tax dollars they are spending on something no one want to hear anything about???<<<

That's politics sandie. Republicans hope that if they achieve their goal of discrediting Clinton, they will have a better shot at taking the White House next election. They cannot attack his record since the country is at peace, there is no inflation and prosperity like we have not seen in decades. Whether Clinton is responsible for any of this will be a subject of debate but history judges a President's performance by what state the country was in when he took over and what it was while he was in office and when he leaves. Unfortunately for Clinton, his personal life is an easy target for attack since he has demonstrated an inability to keep his fly zipped. Frankly, I could care less how many affairs he has-I'm just interested in policies and how the country is doing but Republicans have seized the opportunity.

This concludes my editorial for today.
