Hi TLWatson59,

Don't worry about being a wet blanket. $700K is a lot of dough. How I don't know, but you know me...I don't think they would have agreed to the deal if there was no way to raise the money. I'm not sure who holds the debt now but if Danielle was a cash machine for Swan over the years he could have pulled out 1.5MM in personal loans which he would owe to the company. On the Danielle books they would be notes receivable and on Swan's balance sheet they would be notes payable. When the purchase takes place Swan's payable is erased, the Danielle receivable is erased and a debt is created on Araldica books for 1.5MM. The type of purchase transaction would determine where the debt resides. Swan would be holding the paper and in the event of a default, would take back what was left of Danielle. However, there would be no default if Danielle grows and there is a possibility that Araldica somehow intends to incorporate Danielle products into their internet product offering adding some revenue.

Your statement about opening the door for survival, on the surface, seems appropriate. However there are some of us who don't think that survival has been the question. The question in some of our minds is when will things really get rolling so that all the critics will no longer have any material to feed their frenzy.

I was being "cute" with my step one, step two scenario in my previous post. I want Araldica to keep the goal of achieving small cap listing and just wanted to put that on the table.
