Joe, I took some time last week-end and read over some of the S-3 again. It did appear to me from what I read and from Bruce's post that at least the majority of the shares are restricted. I wish I was more knowledgeable about what all of the legaleez means in these things. I would urge anyone who has a question to go and read this S-3 and see what they get from it. If Joe Murphy says they are all restricted, then they must be. I had asked Dan this question and actually never got a direct answer to that point. He stated that the people who bought them were shareholders like me and followed DCI and he did not feel they would sell. One of my questions on the list that I sent him was to further clarify this and to spell out how they are restricted. The S-3 shows an X to show that there is an exception to the statement that the shares will be sold as soon as practical after conversion. I couldn't find exactly what restriction they carried. Anyway, I intend to keep digging and I hope that others will do the same. The other point I would make is that these shares at least had not been released as of about 10 days ago, so the question of whether past selling came from these shares is a moot point. I do not know about shares from earlier conversions. Maybe someone else does.
