OK Streeeeker, here's the story. Nobody is lying. Gort stepped down officially as EDII's PR man April 17th. He continued to help answer the phone because everyone had his phone #. He continued to deliver (not write) PRs, because he had the contacts to do so. Exact date of termination, and range
of distance in exact feet and inches from EDII has not become an issue until recently. George stepped down last week because of the controversy. The important issue here is that neither Gort or George are officers of the company and have had nothing to do with the development or final drafts of PR. What MTEI is claiming is that PRs were written and released without CEO Jack's knowledge or clearance. That has not, and will not happen
with EDII. Daniel has always had total control of content and is fully responsible. Everyone has to stop getting caught up in this. EDII is not MTEI. This is a notice George asked me to post in SI for him:
"I know who you are, Blitz and Steve Angelli. You are guilty of committing acts that have caused defamation of character, loss of business reputation, financial considerations of at least $120,000 of lost revenue to me personally, through Growth International and Csaw Investments. At least 2 companies have dropped my services as a direct result of your groundless accusations. A lawsuit will be filed on my
behalf against you and others, and a counter suit filed against MTEI. MTEI's contention that I paid inadequate consideration for stock was thrown out of court today. I have done nothing wrong and have always acted in the best and legal interest of MTEI and EDII. I will keep you in court for years. If you call me personally to discuss this, and issue a public apology anywhere you have posted defaming information, I will

CRC signed some initial financial papers today, in preparation for closing. Daniel says once this process starts, it finishes. It's really happening folks. It really is! GO EDII !!!!
