You can't blame Ken Starr for doing the job he was trained for and is paid to do. If anything, blame a system by "Lawyers, for Lawyers".
Clinton has been doing this "I won't tell if you won't tell" stuff for many years. Once the dam breaks a lot more people will spill the beans. At best we can limp arong with Clinton as a lame duck...and there is something to the saying, "the government that governs the least governs the best".
