nor do I buy that low cash level tune that CNBC keeps whistling. Most MF managers whom I saw appearing on CNBC lately emphasized that as soon as they got the cash, they immediately put it to work. MF cash is at a record low. To make things worse, those who have cash are in no hurry to buy while the Dow 10,000 crowd is fully invested. PTB
