-Panther owes over $140,000 from their Indonesia venture.
-Panther has nothing to show from the Indonesia venture.
-Panther owes money in Mexico, late by over 120 days.
-Panther owes money to Canadian companies from their Indonesian days.
-Panther has not announced directors resignations.
-You make it sound like PTHR is doing the mining and producing silver, whereas, again correct me if I am wrong, all that production is the original owner's and the mine is controlled and run by the original owner. You have not increased production by one ounce. You have no rights to any of it at this time.
-you are not managing 100 people in three countries. You cannot claim the mine, as you do not manage it or pay the workers (unless you have a different agreement than the shareholders know about). Prove that you are actually managing over 10 people. Which three countries?
Now, I know all mining companies, and all companies in general owe money, but the impression the people you owe money are getting is that you do not intend to pay them. The proof that I am wrong is if I call them and they have been paid.
How about supplying us with phone numbers of resigned directors, like Mr. VanHoucken. I would like to contact them.
Mr. Barrick had and continues to have a good reputation. I will continue to compare you to failed companies until you prove otherwise with your actions.
