will be putting some money into them.

Hmm...

a) I wouldn't touch the idea mentioned in
that article, if the loan is at a variable
rate set a few basis points above LIBOR.

b) I doubt any banks would be interested
in doing such a deal with the few thousands
of dollars that I have.
