Pezz will say you are wrong because the perjury occurred in a case which was dismissed and therefore is not material and can not really be perjury. Believe it or not there is some minimal legal underpinning for such a thought which at least makes it sustainable in open Court without Bubba's lawyer having to wear a paper bag over his head as he addresses the Court. I think that Bubba should wear a paper bag over his head for asserting such a position but that is another matter. Also, I suspect Jones v. Clinton will likely be back on the docket after Jones appeal of the dismissal. JLA
