Tom: I understand from reading IBD, that Microsoft's chat program has not captured the marketshare they want. Same thing as MS money not seriously challenging Quicken. They do not have any kind of Y2K / PC program that I have heard of. Microsoft had better get to the "stealing" as you suggest because time is running out.
