You people no longer even know who or where to expect what from

Not totally true. The problem is (contrary to what has been said here) there is no office in the state of California for someone like me to visit and ask questions. The last contact that I have had with anyone from the company was in June at the BK hearing. My next contact will probably be at the Jackson hearing on Aug 25. Most likely that will be only with TMM's attorney. The CEO of this company needs to have some type of information line to the shareholders. AND NOT HERE ON SI BY TOM AND DAVID. This company is not run professionally. I believe back in Jan NASDAQ was giving companies 6 months to bring their financials into order or risk delisting to the pink sheets. Well has anyone heard different. And as for this merger...sure taking a long time. Over the last three years of our present President's term has he accomplished anything for the shareholder. HIS MAIN JOB IS TO ADD VALUE TO THE SHARE PRICE. With the price at .01 I think he has failed! As a shareholder do we want to take action? Or should I sit quietly back and watch my investment deteriorate! Shareholders have asked to help and we are being ignored (ex. Mike Falkow). The company knows I am available but I too am ignored.

There are statutes of limitation on contracts that our president has signed. Those deadlines are quickly coming to an end and then we as shareholders will be able to do nothing. I have no idea why our company has not acted on our behalf but I would like to hear a reason.

These are my opinions. Anyone else have an opinion.

Larry

PS. My comments should have no bearing on any negotiations that are supposedly going on. This is only one frustrated person's opinion.
