Golden Hemlock Explorations GHE Shares issued 7,128,326 Jul 23 close $0.07 Tue 4 Aug 98 News Release Mr. Robin Forshaw reports The company is in negotiations with West Coast Mines of Dallas, Texas. West Coast is seeking to earn an equity interest in the San Jose de Gracia gold project in Sinaloa State, Mexico. Upon completion, West Coast will be required to finance the next phase of exploration. Terms and final budgeting for the project will be announced upon agreement. West Coast presently holds a 24.9 per cent net profits interest in the project.
